The receptionist mahmoud was extremely helpful and very attentive providing us with the advice excellent room and extra bed the dinner was perfect full of variety and rich the life guards at the beach vere very attentive and friendly The waiters at crystal restaurant great attitude especially the chinese station The entertainment was nice but i couldnt see well as people let their kids haunt the belly dancer as if it was a wedding It was so disrespectful of these parents letting their kids roam around the belly dancer so maybe a shield should be placed or the time is delayed or it should be a no kids event
